All the variations are correct and there is no "wrong" medicine wheel, For the sake of organization, these medicine wheels are designated by the nation or tribe usually associated with that configuration. No one "owns" a particular medicine wheel, but some are more closely associated with a style and so have been called that in our catalogue of products to ease identification.
